The Great Heart Internet Robbery
Well- not really a great robbery however I must vent my frustration at this company yet again, on checking my credit card statement notice a charge for the renewal of a domain name that I know for sure was set to EXPIRE yet they still charged me for it. You get the same old crap from their customer services department who hide behind there “Logs” despite admitting to me that they had issues with their domain renewal system.
I have been a customer of this company since 2006 (7 Years) and the level of customer service in the beginning was EXCELLENT, however these past few years as they have grown their customer service have diminished, unfortunate for a company that is only down the road from me.
In those 7 years they have almost doubled their costs for re-seller accounts despite a “Price Promise” to never put the their prices up or down, I do wonder what the definition of promise is, as they clearly do not understand it.
The Real meaning of Promise; NOUN: A declaration assuring that one will or will not do something; a vow.
Heart Internet Promise; NOUN: A declaration that we will do as we please and take money from you in the hope you will not notice.
So my advice here is move on, young Skywalker and find another host who looks after their long term customers, after all a promise is a promise huh, I keep mine by paying my hosting bill every month.
A note to Heart Internet; No system is 100% faultless as you have proved, Chris Bryan one of your senior team leaders advises of that, so a little respect for your long term (and short term customers) in future please, but I won’t be one of them.

So where I begin…. After the Christmas lull I have been avoiding the gym like the plague, it’s always at this time of year it gets mega mega busy with new sign ups so equipment time is severely limited. I have had just over a month from the gym now and I can already feel myself slipping back in the lethargic routine of sitting in front of the telly at night and watching shit TV programs, wow, last night something snapped, had to get motivated and dragged myself back to the gym. Empty! Can you believe it?!
Got immensely back on it throwing back into my old routine without any second thought that I’d just been out of the game for a month, BIG MISTAKE today I am suffering the consequence of that action let me tell you, so it’s a new year, a new start back and re-motivated to get back to my Army fit days, December comfort food gone, fish and veg back in. I’m going to blog the remaining 11 months with my progress so watch this space!
